Conclusion

This study produced results that were totally unexpected; the scientists expected it to show that Soy would help women, especially those in the early stages of menopause.

The study did finish by saying that Soy could still have health benefits, but it would have to be taken over a longer period of time, say from puberty.

Other recommendations for women in menopause are taking regular exercise along with vitamin D and calcium supplements.
