Survival Guide To Diets

Diets – How Do We Survive them

With every diet plan we need above all else willpower.  The ability to want to lose those pounds and stick to the diet is not always easy.

What am I saying, it is one of the hardest things we ever do.  The first few days we are on a high,Unknown determined to get slim for our holiday or perhaps the weight is becoming a health issue, what ever the reason behind it we focus on the matter in hand after all we are not going to fail, not this time anyway.

With so many diet plans to choose from it is not only confusing but tiring.  The first hurdle is what is right for you? Most plans are successful with perserverance, but that is where the problems start.

There are fasting diets, low carb diets, low fat diets, the list is endless.  We have to balance the lack of certain food types by making sure we are not depriving ourselves of vitamins and nutrients.  Something I’m sure we don’t always think about.  But above all the main hurdle we have to overcome (especially with fasting diet plans) is hunger pangs.

There is nothing more likely to hamper your weight loss than feeling hungry.  Most people I’m sure would say that if that empty feeling was eliminated they would be more likely to succeed in sticking to their diet and achieving their goal weight.

A supplement to deal with this very problem has been brought to my attention and after some research think it is a worthwhile addition to most diet programmes.  When reducing calories are involved this is definitely a plus. Its called 5:2 Fast Formula and it is the first supplement of its kind to work solely as an addition to your diet plan.

5:2 Fast Formula – What Is It

5-2-fast-formula_zps1058981d-300x300Originally Developed to work alongside the 5:2 Fast Diet, this supplement can also be used in conjunction with any fasting diet plan or indeed any diet that requires calorie reduction which leaves you feeling hungry.

As with any diet, if you reduce your food intake significantly, hunger pangs and feeling of emptiness can be very hard to deal with.

The 5:2 Fast Formula is designed to alleviate hunger pangs which in turn help you to stick to your diet and lose the weight successfully.  Many of us give up solely because of this….

How Does It Work

The 5:2 Fast Formula works by reducing hunger pangs and boosting energy levels.

It also has the added benefit of helping to replace vitamins and minerals that we may be lacking due to reducing our food intake.  It is 100% natural and includes a plant extract taken from the root of the Konjac Plant.

It works by helping to generate a feeling of fullness in the stomach – you know, the sort of feeling you get after eating a good meal.

It is so much easier to lose weight when the the feelings of hunger are taken away.

What’s in 5:2 Fast Formula

The Konjac Plant is a 100% natural dietary fibre extract. The formula also includes vitamins and how_to_not_feel_hungry_while_fasting2minerals that are vital to maintain a healthy body.  These include Vitamins B2 and B12, Iron and Copper.  Weight loss plans at the onset can be restricting so we can need an extra boost of essential vitamins and minerals.

No Side Effects have been reported

Just take one capsule – twice a day – it’s as easy as that

My Verdict

This is a worthwhile addition to most diet plans, especially those with fasting or strict calorie reducing methods.  If the hunger pangs are relieved then dieting should be so much easier and the 5:2 Fast Formula does just that. With the added bonus of vitamin supplements.
